We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

      •     Unworn, unused, and unwashed

      •     In their original condition

      •     With all tags attached

      •     Returned in the original packaging

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

      •     Custom-made or altered abayas

      •     Sale or clearance items

      •     Hijabs, undergarments, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)

 

How to request a return

To start a return, please email us at returns@theabayahroom.com with:

      •     Your order number

      •     The item(s) you wish to return

      •     Reason for the return

 

We will reply with return instructions.

 

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

 

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for faulty or incorrect items. If you need a different size or colour, please place a new order and return the original item.
